Our Story So Far
From a kitchen bench in Merewether to a full-service agency
2016
Started at a kitchen bench
Two locals with a shared frustration: real estate advice that sounded impressive but meant nothing. We opened with one laptop, a phone, and a commitment to say what we actually thought.
2018
First 100 sales across the coast
Word spread that we’d price honestly, market properly, and never push an auction when private treaty made more sense. Sellers started calling from suburbs we’d never advertised in.
2021
Property management launched
Investors asked us to look after their rentals the same way we handled sales — with attention to detail and tenants who’d stick around. We built a team that treats maintenance calls as urgent, not annoying.
2024
Expanded to full coastal coverage
From Bar Beach to New Lambton, Islington to The Hill, we’re now the agency locals recommend when they want someone who understands both the market and the neighbourhood.
